Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan- Plan and build a solid pipeline (lead generations) on qualified sales opportunities, and proactively follow up leads and maintain leads until closing the deal
- Develop ERP sales opportunities by identifying potential clients that fits BANT selection process
- Develop strong client relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Familiar with software solutions sales cycle process from early stages until closing the sales by selling software solutions
- Perform online meeting and online webminar for product presentation to generate more prospect pipeline
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating, and closing
- Able to do some Follow up approach on existing client to get some prospect referral and recommendations
- Provide presentation for company profile and product presentation for ERP or other software products.
- Extensive software sales experience with a proven track record of developing new enterprise client relationships and closing sales.
- A demonstrated track record of consistently generating prospects, meeting or exceeding annual quotas and performance targets.
- Demonstrated success at initiating, negotiating, winning, and growing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to present at a senior level management.
- Willingness to learn new things and be challenged on specific targets or objectives. Candidate must also Service oriented and passionate about helping clients.
- Candidate must possess professional sales characters such as: self-starter, highly motivated, collaborative, team player, positive attitude, disciplined, organized, punctual and caring attitude. Trustworthy, Focus, Adaptable and Highly Motivated with good initiatives and execution skills
- Individual who is dynamic, target oriented, proactive and having interest in sales area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and industry-specific analysis software.
- At least a minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT products or application solutions
- Having good knowledge in Information Technology such as: Software Solutions and Software technology.
