1. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the sales process
2. Design and propose comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that align with customers’ technical environments and business goals
3. Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POC) for clients
4. Prepare and present solution proposals, product configurations, and technical documentation
5. Provide guidance on the implementation and integration of cybersecurity solutions within customers' environments
6. Stay updated on industry trends and evolving cybersecurity technologies

1. Strong technical background in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or related fields
2. Experience in presales, solutions architecture, or a similar technical role
3. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption, and endpoint protection
4. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into customer-friendly solutions
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
