Job Details
Job Description- Project Execution – Execute feasibility study, budgeting, engineering designing, construction supervising, and project management for simple replacement and/or improvement of electrical facilities.
- Develop and Update Maintenance Plans – Prepare, review, and update midterm and long-term maintenance plans, including yearly maintenance strategies.
- Oversee Daily Maintenance Operations – Manage daily maintenance activities with safety compliance, control spare parts inventory, and supervise & manage technicians and subcontractors.
- Lead Shutdown Maintenance – Plan, execute, and evaluate annual shutdown maintenance with detailed analysis and improvement actions.
- Track Maintenance Performance – Analyze monthly maintenance results including repair count, man-hours, cost vs. budget, and key highlights.
- Manage Equipment Inspections – Conduct standardized inspections, set inspection schedules, and analyze results to determine equipment condition.
- Train and Guide Teams – Deliver technical training and mentorship to subordinates to ensure skill development and procedural consistency.
- Manage Maintenance Budgets – Define and track items for ordinary, special, and capital maintenance budgets.
- Report Cost Analysis – Prepare and present monthly and semesterly maintenance cost analysis reports to section leadership
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive Experience – Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical facilities maintenance and/or project of electrical facilities.
- Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.
