- User Provided Data: Candidate data (resumes, work history, skills), recruiter/employer data, corporate details, contact form submissions, authentication credentials, and communication records.
- Automatically Collected Data: IP address, device specifications, browser type, cookies, and usage logs.
- Google API User Data (If applicable): If you sign in or integrate via Google Services, we may access your Google profile data (name, email address, profile picture) and Google Calendar events (only for scheduling interviews if authorized by you).
How We Use Information
We process personal information under valid legal bases for the following purposes:
- Account management, user authentication, and profile customization.
- Recruitment activities, candidate matching, talent pool indexing, and workforce analytics.
- Product optimization, machine learning model improvement, and website performance analytics.
- Legal compliance, security monitoring, and fraud prevention.
We use your Google data exclusively for:
- Account Authentication: To verify your identity and allow you to sign in
- Profile Setup: To pre-populate your profile with your name and photo
- Google Calendar Sync (Optional): To create interview events in your Google Calendar only when you enable "Sync to Google Calendar"
- We do NOT access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any Google services other than Google Sign-In and optional Google Calendar sync
Communications
By submitting your information through registration forms, application forms, contact forms, surveys, or other channels, you consent to being contacted by TalentClub regarding recruitment opportunities, support, product updates, events, and relevant marketing campaigns. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
AI Processing and Automated Matching
TalentClub uses artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, recommendation engines, resume parsing, candidate ranking, talent matching, and recruitment insights to optimize hiring efficiency. This data is handled securely within our platform infrastructure.
Talent Database and Candidate Data Sharing
Candidate profiles and resumes stored in TalentClub's database will be made accessible to authorized recruiters, employers, hiring managers, and TalentClub internal personnel for legitimate recruitment and evaluation purposes.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
TalentClub does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, professional advisors, or law enforcement authorities when strictly required by applicable law.
For Google Data Sharing, We do NOT sell or rent your Google user data. We only share the minimum required Google data with Google services to provide Google Sign-In and, when enabled by you, to create Google Calendar events. Outside of Google services needed for these features, your data is used solely within the TalentClub platform for account management and authentication purposes.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, secure user accounts, analyze platform traffic, and improve the overall user experience.
Data Storage & Protection

Data Retention and Deletion
Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill recruitment purposes and comply with legal obligations. Users can request permanent deletion of their account and data by contacting us or utilizing the deletion request feature within the platform.
For your Google Data:
- Your Google user data is retained for as long as your account remains active
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us through live chat located in the bottom right corner of website
- Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days
User Rights
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, object to certain processing, and request the total erasure of your personal data (*Right to be Forgotten*).
Regulatory Compliance
TalentClub processes all personal data in strict compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, specifically Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
