Job Description
  1. Drive career development initiatives and internal mobility programs
  2. Support organizational development programs to enhance organizational effectiveness
  3. Monitor talent health, including development plans for underperforming employees
  4. Develop and maintain competency frameworks aligned with business needs
  5. Own and manage the performance management system and processes
  6. Lead succession planning, talent review, and key talent identification programs
Requirement
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, Information Technology
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development
  3. Strong knowledge and experience in performance management, succession planning, competency framework, and training management
  4. Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented
  5. Good command of English (written and spoken)
