Job Description- Drive career development initiatives and internal mobility programs
- Support organizational development programs to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Monitor talent health, including development plans for underperforming employees
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks aligned with business needs
- Own and manage the performance management system and processes
- Lead succession planning, talent review, and key talent identification programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development
- Strong knowledge and experience in performance management, succession planning, competency framework, and training management
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
