Job Details
Job Description- Collaborate with line managers to identify training needs and design development plans (individual and group)
- Develop and execute Annual Training Plan based on department requirements and approved budget
- Design, prepare, and update training materials and modules
- Organize and manage training programs, including scheduling and implementation
- Manage training administration, records, progress tracking, and budget utilization
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide continuous improvement recommendations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development
- Strong knowledge and experience in performance management, succession planning, competency framework, and training management
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
