Job Details
Job Description
  1. Collaborate with line managers to identify training needs and design development plans (individual and group)
  2. Develop and execute Annual Training Plan based on department requirements and approved budget
  3. Design, prepare, and update training materials and modules
  4. Organize and manage training programs, including scheduling and implementation
  5. Manage training administration, records, progress tracking, and budget utilization
  6. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Requirement
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, Information Technology
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development
  3. Strong knowledge and experience in performance management, succession planning, competency framework, and training management
  4. Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented
  5. Good command of English (written and spoken)
