Job Details

1. • Laboratory Analysis – Perform testing using approved methods, ensure accuracy and reliability of results, and identify abnormalities for further review.
2. • Sampling & Preparation – Conduct sampling and sample preparation according to established procedures to ensure representativeness.
3. • Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze data, perform calculations, support data trending, and apply basic statistical tools (e.g., SPC, control charts).
4. • Method Validation Support – Assist in method verification and validation activities to maintain testing accuracy.
5. • Equipment Maintenance – Ensure proper equipment performance through calibration, routine checks, and basic troubleshooting.
6. • Data Integrity & Documentation – Maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and proper documentation of laboratory activities.
7. • Safety & Compliance – Follow laboratory safety, environmental standards, and QA/QC procedures in daily operations.

1. • Educational Background – Diploma (D3) in Chemistry with a minimum GPA of 3,20 out of 4,00.
2. • Relevant Experience – Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field; fresh graduates with internship experience in laboratory/chemical industry is an advantage.
3. • Laboratory Knowledge – Have knowledge of analytical chemistry and instruments laboratory such as GC, ICP, AAS, IC.
4. • Quality Fundamentals – Knowledge of SPC, method validation, measurement uncertainty, and equipment calibration.
5. • Data Processing – Able to use Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis.
6. • Documentation & Reporting – Have basic skills in data recording, reporting, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and traceability.
7. • Work Attitude – Detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, high awareness of quality & accuracy, proactive mindset, critical thinking, and able to solve problems effectively.
8. • Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.
