1. • Electrical Installation – Perform installation of electrical equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures.
2. • Testing & Commissioning – Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
3. • Preventive Maintenance – Carry out routine maintenance to maintain optimal performance and efficiency of equipment. Able to predict potential trouble to prevent breakdown maintenance.
4. • Repair & Overhaul – Troubleshoot, repair, and perform overhaul of electrical equipment as required following maintenance manual established.
5. • Reporting – Prepare and submit timely reports on installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
6. • Cross Department Support – Assist other departments related to electrical or safety matters with superior approval.
7. • Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.
8. • Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to workplace safety, security, and operational standards.
9. • Improvement and Innovation – Having proactively idea for improvement and innovation of the current situation of working environment.

1. • Educational Background – Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3,20 out of 4,00.
2. • Relevant Experience – Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. • Technical Interpretation – Read and interpret electrical drawings including SLD, schematic diagrams, well understanding of basic principle of electrical equipment and panel drawings.
4. • Root Cause Analysis – Having capabilities for provide simple root cause analysis to prevent repeated trouble.
5. • Work Ethics – Demonstrates discipline, initiative, teamwork, and a high level of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct.
6. • Accountability – Demonstrates accountability by understanding team responsibilities, delivering assigned targets, and taking on additional responsibilities when needed.
