Job Description
  1. Distribution Arrangements Planning – Preparation realization good, proper distribution activity.
  2. Monitor and Control Distribution Shipments – Ensuring smooth, safe, and on time distribution activity
  3. Inventory Monitoring – Maintaining balance inventory and distribution activity.
  4. Fleet Management – Ensuring fleet availibity, performance and business partner performance evaluation.
  5. Distribution Costing – Analyzing and evaluating distribution cost.
  6. Control Material Usage – Ensure proper control of materials needed for plant operations, including inventory control, receiving, storing, and issuing.
  7. Warehouse Management System – Optimising inventory stock materials, apply FIFO system, monthly report.
  8. Monitor Delivery Progress – Follow up on delivery status to avoid any delays from suppliers.
  9. Select Suppliers/Subcontractors – Find and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet quality.
  10. Arrange Clarification Meetings – Set up meetings with users and candidates.
  11. Check Supplier Capabilities – Make sure suppliers or subcontractors are able to do the job and meet required standards.
  12. Clarify Requirements – Ensure all details are clearly discussed before issuing.
  13. Negotiate and Analyze Costs – Negotiate for the best quality, price, and delivery time using cost analysis methods.
  14. Prepare Order Approvals – Create documents needed to get internal approval.
  15. Draft Contracts and Orders – Prepare drafts of contracts, purchase orders, and work orders.
  16. Manage Order Process and Evaluation – Monitor issued orders and document results of selected and unselected candidates.
Requirement
  1. Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical, Chemical , Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  2. Extensive Experience – Having 1 - 3 years’ experience in related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Core Skills – Good strong communication, problem solving, teamwork ability, and analytic thinking.
  4. Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.
