Job Description
  1. Research and identify potential customer prospects for leads generation through research, identify customer profiles, and other relevant sources
  2. Utilize various offline and online tools, databases, and platforms to identify and qualify potential clients for lead generation for sales team
  3. Initiate contact with potential leads through emails, cold calls, and other communication methods to qualify the leads into opportunities
  4. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services/solutions to prospects customers to raise their interest into sales meeting
  5. Identify, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to transfer sales team and arrange them into sales meeting
  6. Conduct thorough research on leads to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes in order to understand the product sales cycle
  7. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure alignment with the company's target audience
  8. You will need to set qualified sales meetings to ensure that Sales team who attend these meetings will be able to have a higher chance of closing a deal
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions activites, sales stage and progress in tool that can be review for improvement
  10. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals
  11. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, market dynamics, and competitor activities in order to create lead generations for sales meeting
Requirement
  1. S1 or D3 degree from university, majoring in business, management, economics, communications, marketing or others
  2. Have at lear 2 or 3 years experience as Business Development Specialist / Sales Executive / Telesales / Lead Generation Specialist
  3. Having proven skills and experience in lead generation or a related similar role
  4. Strong understanding of sales, targets and marketing principles during sales cycle
  5. Excellent communication in both Bahasa and English
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and stay up to date lead management tools and methodologies
  7. Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently and comfortable with leads generation target
  8. Ability to adapt her or his skills to evolving business needs and industry trends in order to achieve leads generation target
