1. Inventory Operations Management – Manage and oversee daily inventory activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Cross-Department Coordination – Handle inventory requests promptly in collaboration with related departments.
3. Stock Taking & Audit Support – Prepare internal stock counts and assist with materials for external audits.
4. Spare Parts Monitoring – Control and maintain optimal inventory levels.
5. Warehouse Safety & 5S Compliance – Ensure safety standards and 5S practices are consistently applied.

1. Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
2. Extensive Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in handling inventory and warehouse operations efficiently with proven expertise.
3. System Proficiency – Familiar with SAP (MM/WM modules) and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
4. Technical Skills – Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including data cleaning & reporting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and IF functions.
5. OH&S Awareness – Capability to Identify potential hazards and implement effective countermeasures.
6. Environmental Knowledge – Monitor and manage environmental parameters effectively.
7. Leadership & Problem Solving – Make decisions, negotiate, and lead inventory initiatives successfully.
8. Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.
