Job Description
  1. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
  2. Develop enterprise opportunities by identifying potential clients in the target market and completing appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
  3. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  4. Negotiate and close enterprise agreements with the client and establishing long term, high value relationships.
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating, and closing.
  6. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
  7. Plan and build a solid pipeline on qualified sales opportunities, and proactively follow up leads.
  8. Familiar with sales cycle process from early stages until closing stage by closing the sales opportunities.
  9. Sell business solutions and services to new and existing clients.
  10. Able to do some Follow up on customer business requirements during post implementation to identify additional potential opportunities
  11. Aggressively develop and manage strategic accounts by using consultative approach.
  12. Provide company profile and product demonstrations for ERP or other software products.
  13. Perform negotiations for sales within company guidelines.
Requirement
  1. Willingness to learn new things and be challenged on specific targets or objectives. Candidate must also Service oriented and passionate about helping clients.
  2. Extensive enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of developing new enterprise client relationships and closing sales.
  3. A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas and performance targets, in B2B sales of Dynamics 365 or similar ERP products.
  4. Commercially minded with the ability to understand business challenges.
  5. Demonstrated success at initiating, negotiating, winning, and growing strategic partnerships.
  6. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  7. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to present at a senior level management.
  8. Excellent relationship development and management skills to build both internal and external relationships.
  9. Candidate must possess professional sales characters such as: self-starter, highly motivated, collaborative, team player, positive attitude, disciplined, organized, punctual and caring attitude. Trustworthy, Focus, Adaptable and Highly Motivated with good initiatives and execution skills
  10. Individual who is dynamic, target oriented, proactive and having interest in sales area.
  11. Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and industry-specific analysis software.
  13. Consultant experience or work in a consulting firm is an advantage.
  14. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business-related field (preferred).
  15. At least a minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT products or application
  16. Having good knowledge in Information Technology such as: Software Solutions and Software technology.
  17. Strong individual contributor, capable in learning and mastering new technologies quickly and always update
