Job Description- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
- Develop enterprise opportunities by identifying potential clients in the target market and completing appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Negotiate and close enterprise agreements with the client and establishing long term, high value relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating, and closing.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Plan and build a solid pipeline on qualified sales opportunities, and proactively follow up leads.
- Familiar with sales cycle process from early stages until closing stage by closing the sales opportunities.
- Sell business solutions and services to new and existing clients.
- Able to do some Follow up on customer business requirements during post implementation to identify additional potential opportunities
- Aggressively develop and manage strategic accounts by using consultative approach.
- Provide company profile and product demonstrations for ERP or other software products.
- Perform negotiations for sales within company guidelines.
- Willingness to learn new things and be challenged on specific targets or objectives. Candidate must also Service oriented and passionate about helping clients.
- Extensive enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of developing new enterprise client relationships and closing sales.
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas and performance targets, in B2B sales of Dynamics 365 or similar ERP products.
- Commercially minded with the ability to understand business challenges.
- Demonstrated success at initiating, negotiating, winning, and growing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to present at a senior level management.
- Excellent relationship development and management skills to build both internal and external relationships.
- Candidate must possess professional sales characters such as: self-starter, highly motivated, collaborative, team player, positive attitude, disciplined, organized, punctual and caring attitude. Trustworthy, Focus, Adaptable and Highly Motivated with good initiatives and execution skills
- Individual who is dynamic, target oriented, proactive and having interest in sales area.
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and industry-specific analysis software.
- Consultant experience or work in a consulting firm is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business-related field (preferred).
- At least a minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT products or application
- Having good knowledge in Information Technology such as: Software Solutions and Software technology.
- Strong individual contributor, capable in learning and mastering new technologies quickly and always update
